"I have trained on a PowerSkater for 10 years now. It taught me proper form and posture when I was a young player and I gained strength & conditioning of my muscles as I grew older. I used the PowerSkater 4 to 5 times a week in the beginning and now use it 2 times a week in season and 3 to 4 times a week during the summer. I feel it taught me good skating technique and helped me build a stronger lower body for skating. I also use the double crossunder attachment for other exercises.
