Q: What age can use PowerSkater?
A: many users start at 7 years of age, all the way to adult.
Q: How often should the PowerSkater be used?
A: Two 15 min sessions a day, with 15 min break in-between (30 mins total a day) - 3 days a week.
Q: How long will it take to see results?
A: beginners may see significant jump in skill around 60 days of consistent use. Where intermediate skaters may see improvement in just after a few weeks. (21+ days)
