A: 10-15 min sessions of total time on the machine (not including rest time) - x3 days a week.

A: beginners may see significant jump in skill around 60 days of consistent use. Where intermediate skaters may see improvement in just after a few weeks. (21+ days)

Noticeable difference in skating form
The Power Skater has been a great help to both of my kids, aged 13 and 10. They have been using it for about 3 months, and I can see a noticeable difference in their skating form. Their strides are longer and their knees are over their toes. No more ankle benders! Additionally, Cort is an awesome instructor. He has developed a great rapport with the boys, while pushing them to get better. I'd highly recommend the training sessions along with the machine - you will see significant stride progress!

Way more speed and stamina
We decided to purchase our Power Skater after my daughter's first travel season. She had been playing for a little over a year and was doing well, but sheel needed more speed and stamina. I researched and reached out to Cort for a demonstration. He made the purchase an easy decision. The follow up after the purchase was outstanding. Since then, she definitely met her goals, has way more speed and stamina. We also use it to offset not being able to get to the rink as much in the off-season.
